Insight generation

Insight generation takes different forms, depending on the challenge. Sometimes this means organising a user focus group or other design research methods in order to get insights from your user base. In other cases, it means getting your best sales people together and listen to signals they get when they are in the field.
In any case, this is about digging and uncovering the right information and turning that into a form that is actionable.

Working with users directly has several advantages. You get first hand feedback on product satisfaction and new ideas. It is possible to quickly try out ideas using sketches, mockups and prototypes.
Most innovation projects benefit from having some form of cocreation incorporated into the process.
Concept development
We understand our clients prefer developing their own ideas. We also understand that the time and capacity to do so is not always available within your organisation. Also, the fresh look of an outsider can sometimes help to think more easily across borders that seem to be there.

Storyboarding
New products and services often need a little explaining (to developers, contractors, suppliers, etc.) to communicate what it is that you have in mind.
Storyboard and use scenarios are a great tool to tell the story you want. Also, they can help to identify weaknesses and glitches in a product idea you might have overlooked.
Visualisations
Pictures say more than a thousand words. Having visualisations of your thoughts and ideas, can certainly help to raise awareness of new opportunities within your organisation, explain plans to contractors and customers and to sell new ideas anywhere.
We can create visualisations for many purposes, from quick sketches to support brainstorming sessions, to beautiful renderings of new products.
